LAKS reserves the right not to put images - even if the images are in accordance with the law - which have a violent, racist, pornographic or paedophiliac nature.
LAKS may also refuse to produce watches from this type of images.
Hereby you accept to compensate LAKS for any harm (including any compensation that person may have to pay to third parties or any honoraries to support his own defence) one could suffer due to the diffusion

However, LAKS cannot be held responsible in case of a loss of data, and the user shall save a copy of the files. The processed images are deleted from the LAKS server after placing an order.
In case of a loss or damaging of data, the responsibility of LAKS is limited to a replacement of a new support of equivalent quality.
The user is the only liable person for communications and data downloaded by him on the site.
The prices shown on the site are in Euros and inclusive taxes (delivery costs not included), Delivery costs are chargeable to the user and billed at the end of an order on top of all selected products.

In case of reimbursement, the user is refunded via his bank account in case of prepayment and via the credit card in case of payment with a credit card.
